Job Description:

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in the US market, responsible for generating and qualifying leads. The successful applicant will develop tailored outreach strategies using email campaigns, social media, and cold calling techniques to engage with US-based prospects. Additionally, they will analyze SDR team performance and market engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and align with US business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a high-performing SDR team to achieve lead generation and qualification targets in the US market.

- Develop and implement effective outreach strategies leveraging HubSpot CRM to optimize lead qualification processes and pipeline growth.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine the ideal customer profile specific to the US market and ensure targeted outreach efforts.

- Recruit, train, and mentor SDRs to excel in engaging with US-based prospects, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Stay informed about US-specific industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to drive consistent pipeline growth.

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in an SDR Manager role, with proven success in managing outreach to the US market.

- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation and qualification targets in prior roles.

- Extensive experience using HubSpot CRM for managing sales pipelines and generating reports is mandatory.

- Deep understanding of lead generation strategies tailored to US market dynamics, including cultural nuances and buying behaviors.

- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop SDRs into top performers.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on market feedback and data insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with US-based prospects.

- Preferred: Experience working in the manufacturing, export, or wholesale segments and engaging with US-based clients.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
