B2B Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced B2B Sales Director - Perishable Goods to lead our sales team in India. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of securing large-scale client partnerships and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new large-scale B2B clients in the perishable food suppliers and exporters space.
- Leverage your extensive network to identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability.
- Manage existing client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty through consistent communication and proactive problem-solving.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a B2B sales role within the logistics or cold chain industry. They should possess deep understanding of cold chain operations, encompassing primary, mid-mile, and 3PL solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are also required.
