Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to take on a challenging role in the B2B sector? MetaMorph is seeking an experienced Business Head to lead and manage our entire B2B business segment, including corporate sales and educational sales, across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, and Maharashtra.

This role involves developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expanding market presence, and driving revenue growth. As a Business Director for B2B Expansion, you will be responsible for leading and managing the B2B sales team, including regional sales managers, account executives, and sales representatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. With at least 10-15 years of relevant IT sales experience, preferably in a leadership role within the B2B sector, you will be able to drive business growth and expansion in the assigned regions.

In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate and educational sectors across the assigned regions, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations, and collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include achievement of sales targets and revenue growth, market share expansion in target regions, customer acquisition and retention rates, profitability and cost management, and team performance and development.
