Sales Director for B2B Growth

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to lead our B2B sales team and drive growth in the enterprise market.
Promilo, an innovative platform that accelerates business appointment funnels, is a leading B2B SaaS start-up. Our advertising platform connects users and advertisers, offering rewards for sharing data and time while maintaining privacy.
As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing end-to-end B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Building and managing relationships with key decision-makers in the enterprise market
- Cultivating new business opportunities and expanding existing ones through creative sales approaches
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance solutions and proposals
- Leading sales performance analysis and identifying areas for improvement
Our ideal candidate has:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT or education sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- A track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven sales methodologies
- A deep understanding of the enterprise sales landscape and current market trends
