Job Description:
The Strategic Sales Growth Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform future strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion
- Strong understanding of the market and industry trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Salary: ₹1200000 - ₹1800000 per annum
