We're on the lookout for a seasoned Strategic Growth Director to join our team. This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to shape business development strategies, nurture client relationships, and contribute to our continued success.
About the Role- Craft and implement comprehensive business development strategies that align with our company goals and drive revenue growth.
- Mentor and support a team of business development specialists, helping them develop their skills and achieve targets.
- Establish and maintain strong connections with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and customer needs, informing our strategies and offerings.
- IDentify new business opportunities and lead negotiations to close deals, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of hitting targets and driving growth.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other digital tools.
