Sales Director for Strategic Growth

Relanto is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our Extended Sales Team in driving growth initiatives.
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities in the Technology, Retail, and BFSI sectors.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Data, Planning, Digital Transformation, and AI services, with a strong ability to craft tailored messaging that resonates with prospects and drives engagement.
- Develop and execute strategic lead generation plans to uncover new business opportunities in target regions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers across key industries.
- Design and implement Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for strategic accounts to align with organizational goals.
- Drive regional growth initiatives to meet and exceed sales performance targets.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo for lead generation and outreach.
- Strong ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with an in-office presence required at least two days per week.
