Strategic Sales Director

Job Summary: Wings Global Services seeks a seasoned sales professional to lead our Domestic and International sales operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Ensure the effective use of CRM databases and tools to track sales performance and maintain reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in International Sales.
  • Prior experience in a senior sales leadership role with a strong track record of success.
  • Experience in managing a team of 10 or more.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • MBA from a Tier 1 Business School or a strong background in B2B SAAS or HR Tech.
