Strategic Sales Director

Job Summary: Wings Global Services seeks a seasoned sales professional to lead our Domestic and International sales operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Ensure the effective use of CRM databases and tools to track sales performance and maintain reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in International Sales.
- Prior experience in a senior sales leadership role with a strong track record of success.
- Experience in managing a team of 10 or more.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- MBA from a Tier 1 Business School or a strong background in B2B SAAS or HR Tech.
