Strategic Account Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Director to join our team at Pine Labs. This role is responsible for driving long-term client relationships, providing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large, strategic accounts with strong experience in building and nurturing high-level client relationships.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to customize gift card solutions, including product features, integrations, and services, to fit specific client requirements.
- Demonstrate ability to drive sales growth, close complex deals, and align product solutions with client business needs.
- Act as subject matter expert in fintech space, particularly around gift card solutions, providing strategic guidance and insights to clients for maximizing business impact.
- Built deep expertise in tailoring solutions and working closely with technical teams to implement customized offerings.
- Able to build and sustain strategic partnerships, both internally and externally, to deliver successful outcomes.
- Align product and service offerings with clients' evolving needs, ensuring that value proposition resonates strongly with the client.
- Lead complex sales negotiations, managing balance between client requirements and company profitability.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 12+ years of Key Account Management experience, preferably in payment or fintech industry.
- Able to build and sustain strategic partnerships, both internally and externally, to deliver successful outcomes.
Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
