Job Description: Senior Account Manager
What do we look for?
Our ideal candidate will own and manage the entire sales cycle (hunting, mining, and farming) for several strategic accounts. He/She will acquire and develop new enterprise B2B clients in North America and EU markets. The key responsibilities include driving growth by meeting quarterly and annual sales targets, building and nurturing long-lasting customer relationships, designing and executing strategic sales plans plan for key markets/accounts, and developing a solid and efficient support sales team by - coaching, mentoring, and performance monitoring of a number of support team members.
Desired Skills:
- Proven experience in selling enterprise-level deals for IT/ITeS/Data Engineering/Data Sciences/Business Intelligence/Analytics or allied services portfolio for Fortune 500 companies.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B services sales in North America/EU regions.
- Demonstrated ability to connect, communicate and present effectively to the CXO/VP/Director level prospects.
- MBA's with relevant experience would be preferred.
