About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Account Director to lead our key client relationships in the region. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving the growth and planning excellence of these accounts, while overseeing the activation delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the client lead to provide strategic POVs and recommendations
  • Be the first point of contact for senior client stakeholders
  • Translate client briefs into data-driven strategy frameworks with actionable KPIs
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships at all levels

Team Management

  • Responsible for personal and career development of direct reports
  • Resource planning for account teams to ensure sufficient resources are allocated
  • Support the team to ensure excellent and consistent delivery of planning and activation work
  • Manage in-market account teams effectively

Revenue Growth

  • Lead new business pitches when required
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Keep abreast of channel and product updates within the agency

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years in media agency-side roles, with at least 2 years in a people-management and managerial role
  • Fluent English communication, verbal and written
  • Experienced in integrated media planning, with a strong understanding of digital channels
  • Significant proven experience in working with multiple stakeholders
