**Job Summary**: We are seeking an experienced Key Account Director to drive revenue growth and lead our sales team.
Overview: At Newton School, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business success. As a Key Account Director, you will play a crucial role in achieving this goal by developing and executing strategic sales plans that meet and exceed revenue targets.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth through the development and execution of strategic sales plans. This includes:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Monitoring sales performance metrics and providing regular reports to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
