Strategic Technology Director for India Sales

Cloud Software Group, a leading provider of cloud solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Technology Director to lead our India sales team. With over 1 million users globally, we offer a suite of cloud-based products that empower people to work from anywhere.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining strategic direction, driving innovation, and providing technical leadership to the team. You will develop strategies for building organizational capability, capacity, and agility, and ensure global processes and best practices are followed in the country.
Your key responsibilities will include managing a team of Account Technology Strategists, enabling and coaching them to drive deeper transformations with customers, guiding the team to align with corporate goals, and owning key technical executive relationships within key customer accounts.
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 17 years of technology strategy and customer engagement experience, 5 years of team management experience, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree. A successful track record of driving adoption and expansion in accounts, experience in SaaS and cloud platforms, and deep experience in FSI industry are also required.
