We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Director to join our team at TapTalent. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive our company's strategic objectives.

Our ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of sales experience, preferably in consultative sales, and a graduate degree in Engineering or an MBA. They will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans.

The Strategic Sales Director will lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing sales team by setting clear expectations and reviewing progress regularly. They will also act as a trusted advisor to key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive the company's strategic objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to uncover opportunities for expansion and competitive advantage.
  • Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified sales approach.
