Job Title: Associate Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our strategic partnership efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing and executing partnership strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners to align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive business growth, including identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to foster collaboration and ensure long-term success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any issues and identifying opportunities for mutual benefit.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunities.
  • Analyze and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership efforts with overall business strategy.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of strategic partnership experience.
  • MBA from a Tier 1 college preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop long-term strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of collaborative approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to think out of the box and find creative solutions to grow the business.
  • Experience building and fostering strong relationships with big international brands.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
