Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tax strategies to ensure optimal tax efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate tax risks.
  • Provide expert tax advice on complex transactions and structuring.
  • Manage tax audits and disputes, ensuring effective resolution and minimal financial impact.
  • Analyze and interpret tax laws and regulations, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging tax trends and developments, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • Seven or more years of corporate income tax experience in industry and/or public accounting.
  • CA/CPA and/or Big 4 experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience with tax software such as Onesource.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively across functions.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of expertise and qualifications required for this role.
