Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Accounting & Reporting Consulting (ARC) team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to provide high-quality accounting advisory services, maintaining strong client relationships and working collaboratively with Partners & Directors to drive business development and practice management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client relationships and act as a point of contact for clientsProject managementProvide technical accounting advice to clients on complex issues, conducting research and preparing technical memosAssist clients with the implementation of new accounting standards and financial reporting, including preparation of financial statementsReview and analyze client financial information, providing recommendations for improvementSupervise and mentor team membersStay up-to-date on developments in accounting standards and regulationsAbility to manage multiple engagements and deadlines, with attention to detail and ability to work independently

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require strong domain, project management, business development, and people skills. You should demonstrate a sound understanding of accounting concepts and effectively apply this knowledge to moderately difficult and/or complex client situations. Additionally, you should possess flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in technical accounting or financial reporting, is also required.
