Kapture CX: Director - Enterprise Sales and Strategy
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and shape our sales strategy. As a Director - Enterprise Sales and Strategy, you will play a crucial part in building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and overseeing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals on strategic opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service.
- Performance Metrics: Set sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, monitoring progress and making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 7 years of experience in a high-paced B2B SaaS sales role is highly preferred.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
