Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Enterprise Solutions team. This role will be responsible for driving new business sales, identifying growth opportunities, and developing existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect target accounts to drive new business sales.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, events, and direct calling initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with our Lead Generation team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in Sales or Account Management in the IT industry, with exposure to managed services and consulting services.
  • A clear understanding of software development life cycles and IT consulting experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate contracts.
  • Ambitious, confident, and enthusiastic individual with a "can-do" attitude.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including private medical insurance, life insurance, and a profit share scheme.
