The successful candidate will be responsible for setting clear and measurable sales targets, ensuring the team is motivated to exceed them, and collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with corporate goals and market trends.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in achieving sales objectives.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales success and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in leading and motivating sales teams, with strong analytical skills and a client-focused approach. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, and 20+ years of progressive experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector, are required. MBA preferred.
