About the Role:
- As a Sales Strategy Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and objectives.
- You will oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-performing sales team, setting performance targets and providing regular feedback to foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies for key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving overall company goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and experience implementing effective sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
