Sales Strategy Director

Job Summary:
The Sales Strategy Director is responsible for driving the sales strategy and performance of Miles Education. This role includes overseeing the sales team, developing sales plans, and fostering relationships with clients to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs to assess team effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and finance teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.
- Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the education industry. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and experience in data-driven decision-making. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
