Sales Director for Fashion Department

Job Summary

A full-time Sales Director is needed for our Fashion Department in Bengaluru. The Sales Director will oversee sales teams, develop and implement sales strategies, meet sales targets, and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership, Sales Strategy, and Sales Planning skills.
  • Experience in managing sales teams and ensuring sales quotas are met.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in the Retail Industry is a plus.
