Sales and Revenue Growth

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the AccorHotel in Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall. This will involve constantly investigating and assessing market conditions and competition to determine effective and productive sales programs.

Customer Relationships

The Sales Manager will establish and maintain relationships with all current and prospective customers, ensuring maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.

Sales Planning and Execution

The Sales Manager will design and execute sales plans and strategies for assigned segments, responsible for increasing sales and revenue. This will involve planning and initiating action plans to approach and secure new business for the organization.

Team Management

The Sales Manager will motivate and develop the team to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork. This will involve ensuring that the team has been trained for all safety provisions and that all personnel are kept well informed of department's objectives and policies.

Reporting and Analysis

The Sales Manager will ensure to report regularly to the Director of Sales on progress of various activities, provide information about prospective customers, make forecasts, and track current customer feedback. This will involve submitting monthly and weekly sales plans and market analysis as well as daily sales/activity reports.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Hotel Management Diploma/ Degree/MBA in Sales or any other equivalent qualification.
