Leadership
As a Sales Director at PayU, you will be responsible for guiding the sales force to arrive at optimal team structure and composition. You will ensure that the team is motivated towards work and is at their optimal productivity level. You will collaborate and work closely with Business teams, understanding the short-term and long-term needs of the business and planning ahead for any resourcing needs. You will help prioritize the goals for the functional unit within the organization, setting both short-term and long-term goals for the teams individually and together. You will work with other business leaders and contribute positively to sales practices and standards within the company, unlocking opportunities for achieving sales efficiency across the organizational units. You will be responsible for growing the sales team and individual contributors in your team, providing constant and constructive feedback to the managers and Heads. You will promote the top performers, offering them opportunities to grow, ensuring they are prepared for bigger roles. You will be a role model for all the sales managers and heads in your team.

Role & Responsibilities:
As a Sales Director at PayU, you will participate in building the most advanced Consumer Lending platform and future of payment with the largest fintech in India. You will lead a sales team committed and passionate about onboarding client partners with innovative payment solutions. You will own sales targets overall and within accounts, developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the same. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships and be a partner to customers to understand their needs and objectives. You will consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives. You will manage customer relationships and understand customer requirements in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.

What you'd need to bring to the table:
You will need to bring a passion towards building a large consumer fintech business. You will need to have proven sales experience of meeting or exceeding targets and interacting with all levels of client organization, including executive and C-level. You will need to have proven ability to conceptualize, drive and implement sales strategy and process with a client-centric approach. You will need to have in-depth knowledge about Digital Payments, Fintech Industry. You will need to have around 14-16 years of experience. You will need to continuously research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competition. You will need to be open to traveling across the region. You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will need to have proven sales experience in specified territories and verticals. You will need to be able to drive customer centricity in the team. You will need to be a quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs.
