Sales Director

Accor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales team in achieving revenue growth and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize market share.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.
- University/College degree and/or experience in a related discipline preferred.
- 5+ years' experience as a Group Sales Manager in a similar sized hotel with experience in leading a team.
- Knowledge of Opera or Property Manager, Microsoft Office and Windows XP preferred.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Guest-focused with a passion for service excellence.
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Strategic mind looking to advance the hotel's revenue targets.
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong selling skills to include negotiation and the closing process.
