Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B software solutions environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and revenue targets.
* Identify and explore new business opportunities, market segments, and partnerships to drive expansion and growth in key industries and regions.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create go-to-market strategies for new product launches and drive customer engagement.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to foster growth and accountability.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
* 8+ years of experience in software sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B software solutions environment.
* Strong understanding of enterprise software sales, SaaS business models, and long-cycle sales processes.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Experience managing and developing high-performance sales teams.
