Job Overview

We are seeking an Executive Director of Sales Strategy to join our team at TekPillar. This is a full-time role based in various locations including Bengaluru, Chennai, Vijayawada, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, and Rajahmundry.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive business growth in assigned regions.
  • Lead and manage high-performing sales teams, providing direction, motivation, and support to ensure goal attainment.
  • Oversee market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business development efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess performance, making necessary adjustments to strategies and tactics as required.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the BFSI sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience within the BFSI sector, demonstrating consistent achievement of targets.
  • Strong marketing acumen with the ability to develop and execute effective strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales, including managing complex sales cycles and closing deals with large-scale clients.
  • Proficiency in agency management, handling multiple agency relationships and improving performance metrics.
  • Excellent team handling skills, leading high-performing teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • In-depth understanding of the insurance market, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional sales skills, driving revenue and growth through effective selling techniques.

Our company offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plan matching, and paid time off.
