About the RoleThe Associate Director of Enterprise Sales will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve and exceed sales targets. This involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining relationships with key enterprise clients, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage the B2B sales team to achieve and exceed team sales targets.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture through continuous training, development, and motivation.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify key players in the IT industry through extensive market research aligned with business strategy.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, tracking sales goals and reporting when necessary.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholders.
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives and policymakers, building rapport and establishing long-term relationships with corporate clients.
