At Arting Digital, we are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Director to lead our business growth in the enterprise sector. With a strong background in sales and consulting, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to capture new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT sales and consulting, with a proven track record of successfully managing enterprise-level client relationships and driving business growth. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and in-depth knowledge of the ITES industry and market trends are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to capture new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Lead negotiations, contract development, and closure of enterprise-level deals
  • Build and lead a high-performing enterprise business team
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to team members

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Min experience of 8-10 years in the IT sales and consulting
  • Proven track record of successfully managing enterprise-level client relationships and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
