Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales team in Bangalore and drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales team & operations of Bangalore to deliver revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies that drive desired sales outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers at CXO levels.
  • Nurture a robust partner ecosystem for the region of Bangalore.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and optimize payment collection cycles.
  • Focus on achieving individual and group targets, aligning with the organization's objectives for the region.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of IT Infra Solutions, including Servers, Storages, Virtualization, Networking, HPC, Security, Data & AI.
  • Proven track record of managing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and people management skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline + MBA (preferred).

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹12-20 lakhs per annum, based on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth.
