Sales Director Position

Arting Digital Private Limited is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our software sales efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Revenue Growth and Forecasting: Own the overall revenue target and ensure consistent achievement or over-achievement of sales quotas.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through regular engagement, solution consultation, and problem resolution.
  • Market Analysis and Competitor Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to stay ahead of the market and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B software solutions environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software sales, SaaS business models, and long-cycle sales processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performance sales teams.
