Job Title: Global Enterprise Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our global enterprise sales efforts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in B2B product sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales growth and success in the enterprise space. You should be comfortable with technology and able to switch between different industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting, understanding requirements, conducting custom demos, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and onboarding customers
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling into enterprise accounts
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by directly closing target business accounts
  • Develop a strong sales pipeline, focused on different verticals and/or geographies
  • Understand client needs and requirements across different stakeholders
  • Accurate account and pipeline management with forecasting
  • Collaborate with Solutions and Pre-Sales teams to work on client pursuits

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B and enterprise product sales
  • Comfortable with technology, with an ability to switch between different industries
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales growth
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Proficient with CRM and sales enablement tools
  • Desire to innovate and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, in writing and orally
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Exposure to dealing with global clients and C-level buyers

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum (based on location and industry standards)

Location: Bangalore or Chennai, India

Notice Period: 30 days or immediate
