Global Enterprise Sales Director

Job Title: Global Enterprise Sales Director
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our global enterprise sales efforts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in B2B product sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales growth and success in the enterprise space. You should be comfortable with technology and able to switch between different industries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting, understanding requirements, conducting custom demos, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and onboarding customers
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling into enterprise accounts
- Meet and exceed sales targets by directly closing target business accounts
- Develop a strong sales pipeline, focused on different verticals and/or geographies
- Understand client needs and requirements across different stakeholders
- Accurate account and pipeline management with forecasting
- Collaborate with Solutions and Pre-Sales teams to work on client pursuits
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B and enterprise product sales
- Comfortable with technology, with an ability to switch between different industries
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales growth
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
- Proficient with CRM and sales enablement tools
- Desire to innovate and strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, in writing and orally
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Exposure to dealing with global clients and C-level buyers
Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum (based on location and industry standards)
Location: Bangalore or Chennai, India
Notice Period: 30 days or immediate
