Global Enterprise Sales Leader

Job Description:
Twixor is seeking an experienced Global Enterprise Sales Leader to drive sales and revenue growth for our next-generation platforms. As a key contributor to the company's strategy and growth, this role requires a successful B2B sales professional with expertise in prospecting, deal finding, building long-term relationships, negotiating contract terms, and onboarding customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client pursuits and meet sales objectives
- Accurately manage accounts and pipelines, forecasting sales and identifying opportunities for growth
- Document customer information and conversations into our CRM database
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B and enterprise product sales experience
- Comfortable with technology and able to switch between different industries
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales growth and meeting targets
- Proficient with CRM and sales enablement tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
Location: Bangalore or Chennai, India
Notice Period: 30 days or Immediate
