At ADP, we're seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team as an Enterprise Sales Director. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales and business development to drive growth and success in the enterprise market.
About the Role
This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills. As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and developing and executing sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target and acquire new enterprise customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CEOs, CXOs, and other senior-level executives
- Conduct needs assessments and provide solutions to meet the evolving needs of enterprise clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver sales enablement programs and materials
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipeline, and revenue projections
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the HR tech or software industryProven track record of success in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targetsStrong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, including solution selling and consultative sellingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleaguesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlinesWhat We Offer
