About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong background in enterprise sales to lead our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for the edtech industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the B2B sales team to achieve and exceed team sales targets.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture through continuous training, development, and motivation.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining relationships with key enterprise clients, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will also oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, monitor and analyze sales metrics, and ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
