Enterprise Account Director

Vegam Solutions is looking for an Enterprise Account Director to lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-value accounts and driving customer success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation and onboarding process for clients and ensure a smooth transition to using our product.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet the client's expectations.
- Provide clients with regular updates and performance reports highlighting key metrics and the impact of our product on their business.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management in an IT product or SaaS company.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Competitive salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year.
