Job Description

Vegam Solutions is looking for an Enterprise Account Director to lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-value accounts and driving customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and onboarding process for clients and ensure a smooth transition to using our product.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet the client's expectations.
  • Provide clients with regular updates and performance reports highlighting key metrics and the impact of our product on their business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management in an IT product or SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
