Job Overview

Nexthink is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Director to lead the sales efforts for our MSP (Managed Service Provider) solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the MSP market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in direct sales, channel development, and sales management, with a strong understanding of the MSP ecosystem and its complexities. You will work closely with our partners to identify opportunities, develop joint business plans, and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth in the MSP market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key MSP partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies
  • Manage a sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand market share

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience in direct sales, channel development, and sales management
  • Proven success in selling to MSPs and developing partner ecosystems
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits and incentives to support your success in this role.
