We are seeking a results-driven Director of Sales Strategy and Execution to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a sales team.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
