APAC Sales Director, Product-Led Growth

The APAC Sales Director for New Logos at New Relic, Inc. will spearhead our sales efforts in the region.
Key Responsibilities- New Logo Acquisition: Identify and close new business opportunities in the APAC region.
- PLG Strategy Execution: Develop a plan to leverage our product-led growth model effectively.
- Market Analysis: Use market research to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a sales pipeline, tracking and optimizing the sales process.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators related to new logo acquisition and revenue generation.
- Culture Development: Enable and coach a team of sales people and inside salespeople.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- A proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions.
New Relic, Inc. offers a competitive salary, estimated at $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
