At Wings Global Services, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead our global expansion efforts. This is a pivotal role that requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced sales professional who can develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our company's overall business objectives. As a Sales Director, you will play a hands-on, direct role in sales, strategy, account management, including attending sales meetings and helping to close deals.

You will be accountable for achieving and exceeding targeted sales revenues and for controlling sales expenses. Additionally, you will oversee overall sales and operations for Domestic and International regions if required. Ensuring proper use of CRM databases and tools to track performance and maintain reports is also an essential aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with company objectives
  • Playing a hands-on, direct role in sales, strategy, account management, and closing deals
  • Accountable for achieving and exceeding targeted sales revenues and controlling sales expenses
  • Overseeing overall sales and operations for Domestic and International regions (if required)
  • Ensuring proper use of CRM databases and tools to track performance and maintain reports

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B Sales
  • Proven experience in developing a strong track record of success in a senior sales leadership role
  • Experience of handling a team of at least 10 people
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Excellent ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
  • MBA from a Tier 1 Business School or a strong background from B2B SAAS Industry
