About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our US expansion efforts. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Salary Range

">

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

">

This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in India, working at the intersection of fintech and travel tech. As a Business Development Manager, you will be expected to:

  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing and launching new customers.
  • Generate at least 50% of the sales pipeline.
  • Deeply understand customer needs and ITILITE's product, articulating our unique value proposition in discovery and demo calls.
  • Win deals and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
  • Maintain meticulous details in the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably selling to US customers.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B selling process.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
