About the Role
">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our US expansion efforts. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.
Salary Range
">The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
">This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in India, working at the intersection of fintech and travel tech. As a Business Development Manager, you will be expected to:
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing and launching new customers.
- Generate at least 50% of the sales pipeline.
- Deeply understand customer needs and ITILITE's product, articulating our unique value proposition in discovery and demo calls.
- Win deals and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Maintain meticulous details in the CRM.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably selling to US customers.
- Strong understanding of the B2B selling process.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
