About the Job
Gloify is seeking a talented Expansion Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment between market needs and our offerings. You will identify new business opportunities, forge partnerships, and help increase revenue by developing and executing strategies that expand our customer base and market presence.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Manage client communications effectively to understand needs, address concerns, and propose solutions.
  • Partnership Development:
    • Identify and build strategic partnerships with other organizations, businesses, and stakeholders that align with the company's objectives.
    • Negotiate partnership terms, including pricing, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, pipelines, and metrics.
