**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Regional Expansion Strategist to lead our rapid store expansion efforts in the South region of India. This is a key role that requires strong strategic thinking, market research skills, and stakeholder management.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will develop and implement a region-specific expansion strategy, identify high-potential locations for new stores, conduct market research, and establish relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to work independently, and have a proven track record of driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Regional Expansion Strategy: Identify high-growth areas in the South region, assess market potential, and develop a tailored expansion plan to drive business growth.
  • Market Research and Opportunity Identification: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer behavior, regional trends, and competitor activities. Identify opportunities for new store openings and prioritize locations based on demand, logistics, and brand visibility.
  • Stakeholder and Partner Management: Establish strong relationships with landlords, property agents, government bodies, and external partners to secure prime retail spaces. Lead lease negotiations and oversee property acquisition for new stores.
  • Financial Oversight and Budgeting: Manage the budget for regional expansion, ensuring cost-effective store openings and adherence to financial targets. Analyze financial viability and potential returns of new locations to ensure profitability.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track and assess the performance of newly opened stores, providing data-driven insights to improve store performance and drive better results.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze large datasets.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salary: ₹35 LPA
