Regional Sales Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at KisanKraft Limited.
Estimated Salary: ₹ 8-12 Lakhs per annum (dependent on experience)
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a data-driven sales plan for their territory, building strong relationships with dealers, and driving revenue growth.
This role requires extensive travel, with a minimum of 12 days for dealer visits and 3 days for field demonstrations per month. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the agricultural sector and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Plan: Create and implement a sales strategy that aligns with business goals, leveraging agronomy data and market insights.
- Dealer Network Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, providing training and support to drive sales growth.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor product portfolios, quality, and pricing to stay ahead in the market.
- Crop Season Strategy: Develop a strategy that takes into account crop seasons, farmer requirements, and regional-specific needs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable regulations for seed sales, labeling, and packaging.
- Sales Targeting: Define and track sales targets, making adjustments as needed to drive revenue growth.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Agricultural Marketing, or an MBA in Sales/Marketing with a rural focus.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the agricultural sector, including crops, seeds, and farming practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
