**Job Summary**
As a National Sales Growth Strategist at Rashmi Group, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across all regions of India. **Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for bio charcoal across all regions of India.
- Identify and prioritize key regional markets and industries for expanding bio charcoal sales.
- Establish strong relationships with existing customers to foster high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Set and achieve aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for bio charcoal products.
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to enhance sales volumes.
