About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the largest business coaching and consulting organizations in Asia, supporting Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with personalized consulting programs that fast track business growth and revenue.

Job Description:
  • Identify problems faced by SME business owners and qualify them for our consulting program based on their fitment.
  • Nurture conversations with authority and poise to help clients understand how our coaching program can boost their business growth and revenue.
  • Track progress and daily tasks according to internal reporting norms.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent people skills, articulation, integrity, leadership, proactivity, and organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Consultative Sales and be able to handle crucial discussions with prospects while being calm under pressure.

Estimated Salary:

₹70,000 - ₹100,000 per month, depending on your qualifications and experience.
