Job Title: Business Growth Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Growth Strategist to join our team at Avtech Software Services (I) Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, market research, and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Sales Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets and exceed revenue expectations.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle products and Kovaion service offerings to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior management and prospective clients to drive business growth.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Host webinars, create engaging content, and organize events to promote our services and attract new clients.
  • Travel: Be prepared to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years and maximum 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, strong written and spoken communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and market research tools.
  • Education: BA/BCom/MBA/BEng/BSc degree or equivalent with a strong academic record.
  • Languages: Native-level fluency in English with the ability to communicate in Hindi an added advantage.
