Business Growth Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned Business Growth Strategist to join our team and contribute to our mission of making advanced data activation and marketing measurement tools accessible to non-technical marketers.
Job Summary:
We're looking for a results-driven individual with 3-5 years of experience in client-facing account management within ad technology, digital publisher or media agency environments. As a Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within our existing customer base by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, ensuring they receive maximum value from our SaaS products.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand the use of our SaaS solutions within existing accountsDevelop and implement account growth strategies, focusing on increasing customer lifetime value and meeting or exceeding account growth targetsCollaborate with clients to understand their business goals and align our solutions to meet their needsDevelop customized growth plans for each account, setting clear objectives and KPIsAct as a client advocate within the company, ensuring that client feedback is considered and aligned in product development and improvementStrategically negotiate and renew contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial termsYou'll Thrive in this Role if You:
Have 3 to 5 years relevant work experience in a client-facing account management environmentAre comfortable working autonomously and independently accessing support as required from cross-functional team membersCan adapt quickly to evolving products and industry trendsHave a strong eye for numbers and detail, with advanced Excel skillsAre passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growthAbout Lifesight:

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
