Razorpay is hiring for a Business Growth Strategist (B2B Sales) to drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with business clients across various industries for RazorpayX.
Job Role - In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts of our team by leveraging your expertise in B2B sales to identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential business clients through research, networking, and cold outreach (calls, emails).
- Sales Presentations & Product Demos: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing how our solution can meet their business needs.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, handle objections, and close deals to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (preferably in Payment Gateway or SaaS).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals.
We are looking for an experienced sales professional who can work independently and collaboratively as part of our team. Interested candidates should have a strong understanding of B2B sales principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and career growth opportunities.
